Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the MAJ Medias platform, dashboard, APIs and any related services. Please read them carefully — they form a binding agreement between you and MAJ Medias Pvt. Ltd.

1. Acceptance of terms

  • By creating an account on MAJ Medias or by using the platform in any capacity, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
  • If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. The service

  • MAJ Medias operates a public-relations marketplace that connects brands with editorial outlets, wire services and digital publishers. We act as an intermediary — content remains the responsibility of the Customer, and final publication remains the editorial decision of the third-party publisher.
  • Outlet pricing, turnaround times, do-follow status and approval difficulty shown on the platform are indicative. They may change without notice based on publisher policy.

3. Account & eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract.
  • Signup is open — anyone can create an account and place an order without prior verification.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, sanctions-list hits, chargebacks or repeated policy violations.

4. Restricted content & industries

  • You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, promotes hate or violence, contains malware, or violates the editorial policy of the destination publisher.
  • Certain regulated categories (binary options, unlicensed financial services, adult content, illicit drugs, hacking services, pyramid schemes, sanctioned entities) are prohibited platform-wide.
  • Some publishers further restrict crypto, gambling, healthcare claims, political content and SEO-only filler. The platform indicates compatibility per outlet, but final acceptance is the publisher's prerogative.

5. Pricing, wallet & payments

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout.
  • MAJ Medias operates a pre-funded wallet model. Funds added to the wallet are non-refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy, and have no expiry.
  • For pay-as-you-go orders, the order amount is placed on a hold at the time of submission and is captured only when the article is approved by the publisher. Holds are released within 7 working days if the order is rejected.
  • Cards, UPI, net-banking and bank transfers are processed by Razorpay, Stripe and authorised banking partners. MAJ Medias never sees or stores card numbers, CVVs or banking credentials.

6. Publication SLAs

  • Stated TATs (Turn-Around-Times) begin once a submission passes our internal compliance review.
  • If a publisher fails to publish within the stated TAT plus a 4-day grace period, the order is automatically cancelled and the held amount is refunded to your wallet.
  • Publications are guaranteed to remain live for at least 12 months. If a publisher takes a published article down within that window without cause, we will republish on an outlet of equivalent value at no additional charge.

7. Intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of all content you submit, but grant MAJ Medias a worldwide, royalty-free licence to distribute that content to the publishers you select, and to display excerpts within the platform for the purpose of moderation and order tracking.
  • The MAJ Medias name, logo, dashboard, analytics, and underlying software are the exclusive property of MAJ Medias Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, resold or reverse-engineered.

8. Acceptable use

  • You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, scrape the platform, interfere with our infrastructure, or use the API outside of documented limits.
  • Any attempt to manipulate publisher rankings, fabricate authors or use undisclosed AI-generated content for medical, financial or legal advice may result in immediate suspension.

9. Limitation of liability

  • MAJ Medias' aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, reputation, or data.
  • Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAJ Medias, its officers, employees and partners from any claim arising out of (a) content you submit, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights.

11. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Any unspent wallet balance will be processed in line with the Refund Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity, or where required by law.

12. Governing law & dispute resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
  • The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably for a period of 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai and the language English.

13. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
